  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • This policy applies to all regular apparel products. Custom, personalized, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Fees & Shipping Costs

  • There is no return or restocking fee for eligible items.

  • The return shipping cost is generally covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. In that case, FYSCWXBB will cover the return shipping.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable.

  3. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address via email. Please do not send items back to the original warehouse address unless explicitly instructed.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.

5. Applicable Scenarios
